TEFL stands for Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Developing your TEFL skills helps you to improve your knowledge of English, your awareness of other cultures and your employability.

What options do we offer?
Modules that you can study as part of your degree
¹û¶³´«Ã½ of Worcester students can take TEFL modules for credit, as part of an undergraduate degree. The 15-credit modules LANG1012 and LANG1013 give you a taste of TEFL teaching.
You can also enrol on our 30-credit Access to CELTA (LANG2011) module, which offers an opportunity to obtain a CELTA certificate.
