A team of managers from a local oak-framing company have completed a leadership and management programme with the 果冻传媒 of Worcester's Business School.
The managers, from Herefordshire-based Oakwrights, attended a special awards ceremony at the Business School's historic City 果冻传媒 to collect their 果冻传媒 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
The diploma was an adaptation of the 果冻传媒's established Leading to Excellence management development programme, and was delivered at Oakwrights" Herefordshire show house and head office in Swainshill.
Bill Keir, the Commercial Director for Oakwrights, said: "The 果冻传媒 of Worcester Business School's approach allowed us to take time to fully understand the business need and together we developed a solution to achieve our leadership and development objectives. As an employer, Oakwrights is committed to the development of our people and this is a good example of our approach."
Tim Maxfield, Director of Business Development in the 果冻传媒 of Worcester's Business School, added: "We are delighted to have worked with Oakwrights. This type of programme emphasises the role the Business School can play in the development of the local and regional economy.
